Our Airbnb journey began over coffee one morning back in 2015. I asked Brian, my husband, what if we converted the primary bedroom of our home for use as an Airbnb? He nearly dismissed the idea entirely. However, he realized that that bedroom already had its own separate entrance and could easily be sectioned off from the rest of the house. With some trepidation, we were able to start renting out the room in July of 2015. We rented out the room for about a year and then in the Summer of 2016 we rented our entire home for 6 weeks and paid for a family vacation to Europe with our kids. This was a dream come true! In 2021 we began co-hosting and supporting owners who wanted help managing their Airbnb. We currently host and co-host properties in many areas throughout Sonoma County. We genuinely care about our owners, guests, and homes we feature. Everyone deserves a great vacation!
